A technical organization is seeking a Communications Systems Specialist to manage communication systems, telephony, and infrastructure. The role covers implementation, operation, maintenance, and technical project work.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage communication systems, telephony, and related infrastructure
  • Implement, operate, and maintain ACE and NICE systems
  • Administer Cisco CUCM, Cisco phones, SIP, and trunking systems
  • Support network and infrastructure operations
  • Participate in system implementations and technical projects
  • Prepare and work with technical specifications

Requisitos

  • At least 5 years of experience in communications and telephony
  • Experience implementing, operating, and maintaining ACE and NICE systems
  • Experience with Cisco CUCM, Cisco phones, SIP, and trunking
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, RTP, networks, and infrastructure
  • Experience with system implementations, technical projects, and technical specifications
  • Experience working in Windows and Linux environments
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong service orientation
