Lead the development of microwave modules and RF components for space applications, coordinating projects, integration, manufacturing support, and technical reporting.
Responsabilidades
- Lead development processes for space microwave modules and RF components
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects while meeting schedules
- Prepare and present technical reports to relevant stakeholders
- Support manufacturing, system integration, and environmental processes
- Coordinate matrixed teams and cross-functional interfaces
- Manage project risks and resolve development issues
Requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
- At least 5 years of experience developing RF modules, RF arrays, or board designs
- In-depth knowledge of space-industry regulations and ISO, ECSS, and MIL-STD standards
- Experience integrating complex systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage project risks and solve technical problems
- Ability to independently lead projects and matrixed teams
- Strong cross-functional interface management skills
