A large organization is seeking an experienced communications and telephony professional for a communications department upgrade project in Lod, Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Implement, operate, and maintain NICE and ACE recording systems.
- Administer Cisco IP telephony systems, Cisco phones, and CUCM.
- Support communications networks and infrastructure using TCP/IP and RTP protocols.
- Provide technical specifications, installation, and training as part of project delivery.
Requisitos
- At least five years of relevant experience.
- Experience implementing, operating, and maintaining NICE and ACE recording systems.
- Experience administering Cisco IP telephony systems, including Cisco phones and CUCM.
- Knowledge of communications protocols, including TCP/IP and RTP.
- Experience supporting and establishing projects, including technical specification, installation, and training.
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux systems.
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
