Support customers and a global manufacturer on mechanical and thermal projects, guiding technical work from early development through qualification and mass production.
Responsabilidades
- Act as the local technical contact for mechanical and thermal projects.
- Coordinate technical discussions between customers and manufacturer engineering teams.
- Translate customer needs into technical requirements and actions; support product selection, evaluation, and design-in.
- Follow projects through development, sampling, validation, qualification, production ramp, and mass production.
- Monitor manufacturing processes, production readiness, capacity ramp-up, and engineering changes.
- Lead technical issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions through closure.
- Track schedules, deliverables, risks, and open actions; participate in technical reviews, supplier audits, and production activities.
Requisitos
- Degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related engineering field.
- Strong understanding of mechanical design and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances.
- Experience working with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Strong technical problem-solving, analytical, project follow-up, and communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively with international engineering and manufacturing teams.
Se valora
- Experience with thermal management, liquid cooling, fans, heat sinks, or cooling systems.
- Knowledge of CNC machining, brazing, welding, bonding, casting, or assembly processes.
