Join a product engineering team to assemble, integrate, and validate mechanical test stations for board-level and system-level testing. The role combines hands-on engineering with mechanical design, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsabilidades
- Assemble, integrate, and validate mechanical test stations in development and production environments.
- Create mechanical and assembly drawings for test station components and assemblies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate bills of materials.
- Support reliable, repeatable test station performance and consistent test results.
- Troubleshoot and validate test stations in production.
- Document design specifications, assembly instructions, and maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with hardware, software, electrical engineering, NPI, purchasing, and other teams on integration and manufacturing initiatives.
Requisitos
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience designing and developing test fixtures, test stations, or similar electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks 3D CAD.
- Understanding of mechanical components, materials, manufacturing processes, and design for assembly.
- Experience designing for reliability, repeatability, maintainability, and manufacturability.
- Experience producing engineering drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation.
- Practical skills in assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
