Join an established global medical device company’s R&D team in Karmiel to develop and validate medical devices and lead engineering projects through mass production.
Responsabilidades
- Design and develop medical devices and define product requirements and specifications.
- Build and test prototypes, analyze results, and improve designs using user and clinical feedback.
- Lead product development from concept through design, validation, and mass production.
- Plan and execute design verification and validation activities.
- Support regulatory testing, compliance, and Design Control documentation, including DHF and RMR.
- Work with manufacturing processes such as 5-axis CNC machining, Swiss-type turning, 3D printing, and PIM/MIM.
- Help set up, optimize, and continuously improve manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and follow medical device standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and ISO 24971.
Requisitos
- BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar R&D mechanical engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machining and/or plastic manufacturing processes is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies and production processes.
- Experience defining, planning, executing, and analyzing engineering tests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
