Join a multidisciplinary engineering team developing production-ready medical technology for critical care. Design, prototype, validate, and optimize mechanical equipment and production processes.
Responsabilidades
- Design and develop mechanical equipment for mass-production lines.
- Turn engineering concepts into practical, manufacturable solutions.
- Create and maintain ECOs, process validations, work instructions, routing cards, and equipment files.
- Review production processes and implement design and manufacturing improvements.
- Develop solutions to engineering and production challenges using in-house technologies.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and other teams to support product performance, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Contribute hands-on from design and prototyping through validation and production.
Requisitos
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of mechanical design experience, including strong SolidWorks skills and experience working with subcontractors.
- At least 2 years of experience in the medical device industry.
- At least 2 years of experience with validations and production documentation, including work instructions, routing cards, and ECOs.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
