Design HVAC, ventilation, and smoke-exhaust systems for complex building and industrial projects. Lead a five-person engineering team and oversee projects from preliminary design through tender and construction documentation. The role is based in Ramat Gan and requires residence in central Israel.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a design team of five engineers.
- Define the design concept for each project.
- Set design schedules and ensure the team meets them.
- Lead projects from preliminary design through tender and construction documentation.
Requisitos
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Technion, Tel Aviv University, or Ben-Gurion University.
- At least 5 years of experience designing HVAC, ventilation, and smoke-exhaust systems.
- At least 3 years of experience leading an engineering team.
- Strong knowledge of heat-load calculations, HVAC system selection and design, AutoCAD drafting, and Revit modeling.
- Experience preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates.
- Full command of Microsoft Office.
- Residence in central Israel.
- Committed and responsible approach, with strong teamwork skills.
