A telecommunications provider is seeking a team lead to manage enterprise sales professionals serving public-sector and security customers. The role covers complex IT integration and fixed-network solutions, strategic tenders, negotiations, customer operations, and cross-functional delivery.
Обязанности
- Manage, coach, and develop the enterprise sales team serving public-sector and security customers
- Lead the team toward ambitious targets in integration and fixed-network sales
- Initiate and lead processes that increase customer penetration
- Lead complex, long-term negotiations with major companies and senior stakeholders
- Oversee team performance, controls, and day-to-day operations
- Own end-to-end customer activity, including service and billing
- Coordinate with operations, engineering, technical support, finance, legal, marketing, and economics teams
Требования
- At least two years of management experience
- Experience selling complex IT projects and preparing major tenders
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders in the security sector
- In-depth knowledge of the IT integration market, including security and communications manufacturers and distributors
- Ability to manage complex, long-term processes and lead multiple interfaces
- Strong interpersonal, business, service, and systems-thinking skills
- Level 2 security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
- Valid driver’s license
