A leasing and finance company is seeking an account manager to manage a client portfolio and lead complex sales from initial lead through contract signing. The role combines field meetings, negotiations, financial analysis, process coordination, and customer relationship management. Work locations:

- Manage a client portfolio as an independent business unit.
- Lead complex leasing, financing, and insurance deals from lead to contract signing.
- Meet business owners and decision-makers in the field and negotiate directly.
- Assess client needs and develop tailored financial solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, underwriting, and trade-in.
- Maintain long-term business relationships and manage sales processes.
Требования
- Experience in complex sales and negotiating with decision-makers.
- Financial aptitude and confidence working with data and numbers.
- Ability to manage long sales processes, multiple tasks, and internal stakeholders.
- Self-motivation, organization, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for in-person field meetings.
