Lead growth, consultative sales, technical delivery, and account expansion for an AI and business automation company serving enterprise and mid-market clients in Israel.
Обязанности
- Develop and execute growth and go-to-market initiatives across the company's platform and consulting solutions
- Identify enterprise opportunities, conduct consultative sales, and close complex technology deals
- Expand existing accounts and translate client needs into scalable solutions and revenue opportunities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects and platform implementations
- Coordinate timelines, resources, engineering teams, and client expectations
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams
- Participate in architectural discussions and guide solution alignment
- Protect project profitability by controlling scope, pricing, and delivery efficiency
- Research emerging technologies and connect them to new client use cases and business opportunities
Требования
- At least 2 years of B2B technology sales experience involving forward-deployed software, platform implementations, or custom technology projects
- At least 2 years of experience in technical project management, delivery, or product ownership for complex software implementations
- Established network of enterprise and mid-market decision-makers in Israel
- Practical knowledge of AI frameworks and concepts including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, multi-agent orchestration, MCP, and LLM evaluation
- Experience with or strong knowledge of automation, scraping, and integration platforms such as n8n, Playwright, Puppeteer, Browserless, Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, and Make
- Native-level Hebrew and highly proficient English
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to executives in business terms
