Build and lead a new product or business vertical for an AI platform serving short-term rental operators. Identify market opportunities, validate customer needs, launch the venture, recruit a multidisciplinary team, and grow it into a high-performing standalone business.
Обязанности
- Identify high-potential opportunities in the short-term rental market
- Research customer problems through direct conversations with operators
- Define product vision, business strategy, and go-to-market plans
- Work with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch products
- Recruit and lead a cross-functional venture team
- Own growth, product adoption, customer success, and financial performance
- Use data and customer feedback to guide rapid iteration
- Report progress to company founders and executive leadership
- Build a venture capable of becoming a standalone division or company
