Full-time, on-site role in the Tel Aviv District overseeing commercial activities across travel and aviation businesses.

- Manage contracts, pricing, and revenue optimization.
- Develop and execute business plans; evaluate commercial opportunities and monitor financial performance and key metrics.
- Negotiate terms with partners and suppliers.
- Coordinate commercial initiatives with internal teams and align them with company strategy.
- Lead and mentor team members.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management and improve commercial processes.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, management, or a related field.
- Experience in commercial management and contract management.
- Strong analytical, financial analysis, and business planning skills.
- Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with commercial or CRM systems.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
