A fintech company serving international businesses is seeking a high-potential professional for a broad business and finance role. The position works directly with the Israel business lead and combines strategic client development, financial analysis, operational coordination, and customer delivery.

- Lead the process of acquiring strategic clients, including tailored outreach and progression plans.
- Meet Israeli and international clients and participate in discussions with finance leaders, CEOs, and other senior executives.
- Understand client needs and help shape suitable financial and commercial solutions.
- Support the Israel business lead with daily operations involving banking, finance, clients, and global operations.
- Prepare business and financial analyses, models, presentations, proposals, and forecasts.
- Coordinate and drive work across sales, operations, finance, technology, clients, banks, and advisers.
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for new clients across the client, bank, operations, and technology teams.
- Own cross-functional projects and initiatives and drive them to full completion.
- Potentially take on additional finance management responsibilities as the role develops.
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in one or more of finance management, controllership, financing companies, corporate finance, credit banking, business consulting, or fintech business development.
- A degree from a recognized university is required; finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or another relevant quantitative or business field is preferred.
- High-level Hebrew and English, including professional writing, presentation preparation, and communication with overseas clients and executives.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills combined with broad business judgment.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to prepare management-level materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, professional presence, and confidence engaging with CFOs, CEOs, and senior managers.
- High learning agility, curiosity, reliability, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple processes through completion.

- Master’s degree.
- Studies at a leading Israeli or international university.
- Accounting training or experience, including an accounting internship or CPA qualification.
- Experience in the finance department of a significant company, a consulting or accounting firm, or a complex international business environment.
