- Develop, execute, and manage large-scale user acquisition campaigns across social media, paid search, display advertising, and content marketing.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, campaign performance, acquisition costs, return on ad spend, and customer lifetime value.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative iteration, and cross-channel budget allocation.
- Collaborate with studio and creative teams to produce effective platform-specific advertising assets.
- Identify growth opportunities and improve campaign efficiency using data-driven insights.
- Share digital advertising and healthcare marketing trends with the team.
- Align acquisition strategy with broader marketing objectives.
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns with monthly budgets of at least EUR 300,000.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
- Strong competitor analysis, analytical, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Fluent English.
- Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and analytics teams while managing multiple projects.

- German or French proficiency.
- Experience developing platform-specific static, video, and interactive advertising creatives.
