We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead growth through paid acquisition and publisher partnerships for a leading mobile health and fitness app developer. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization across major ad platforms, and collaborate with product and design teams to drive full-funnel performance.

- Own strategy, execution, optimization, and budget allocation across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
- Optimize the publisher ecosystem by monitoring performance and traffic quality, and grow a reliable acquisition channel.
- Develop reporting that connects marketing investment to business outcomes using AppsFlyer and internal analytics.
- Partner with Product to improve onboarding, paywalls, and conversion flows.
- Lead creative testing with the in-house Design team to improve performance.
Требования
- 4+ years of hands-on user acquisition experience for mobile apps.
- Strong experience managing performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and Google App Campaigns.
- Experience with affiliate or publisher partnerships.
- Strong understanding of mobile attribution platforms like AppsFlyer and modern measurement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical skills with confidence in cohort analysis, funnel metrics, spreadsheets, and LTV models.
- Availability to work on-site, full-time, five days a week in Petah Tikva, Israel.
