Own and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns for a B2B technology company, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales pipeline growth.
Обязанности
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms, with a focus on lead generation and pipeline growth
- Develop audience segmentation strategies and run tests on creative, messaging, and targeting
- Track, analyze, and report on ROI and campaign KPIs using marketing and analytics tools
- Optimize conversion paths to improve lead capture and engagement
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and execution
- Work with growth, content, and design teams on landing pages, website assets, and advertising content
- Evaluate and implement marketing technology to improve team performance and operational efficiency
Требования
- At least 2 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing for a B2B SaaS or technology company, or equivalent agency experience with B2B clients
- Hands-on experience managing advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta, or YouTube Ads, including programmatic advertising
- Strong analytical skills and experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, or similar tools
- Native or native-equivalent English proficiency
- Strong project management, operational, and attention-to-detail skills
