- Develop creative strategy for gaming advertisers and Israel-market clients across advertising surfaces.
- Translate brand objectives into platform-native creative frameworks and recommendations.
- Lead cross-functional projects with sales, marketing science, and product teams.
- Analyze creative performance data and A/B testing results to refine creative hypotheses.
- Build and present strategy narratives for advertisers, agencies, marketers, performance teams, and executives.
- Create scalable playbooks, vertical-specific best practices, and thought leadership content.
- Identify emerging trends in gaming advertising and the Israel market.
- Use AI tools for ideation, brief development, performance analysis, and scalable strategy assets.
- Coach peers on creative strategy methods, workflows, and market-specific insights.
- Align priorities across stakeholders, surface tradeoffs, and drive accountability.
Требования
- 8+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand strategy, or creative development within an agency, advertiser, or technology platform.
- 8+ years of experience developing and presenting creative strategy recommendations to clients or internal stakeholders.
- Experience using creative performance data and testing frameworks to guide strategy iteration.
- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and influencing teams without direct authority.

- Ongoing development in prompt engineering, context engineering, agent orchestration, and emerging AI technologies.
- Experience creating scalable, vertical-specific playbooks adopted across organizations or client bases.
