Lead affiliate, referral, and performance-partnership programs for an AI-powered content creation platform serving creators and businesses. Build programs from the ground up, activate partners, scale high-performing channels, and connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue.
Обязанности
- Own affiliate and performance-partnership programs end to end.
- Recruit, activate, and support partners to achieve early conversion.
- Build affiliate, referral, and revenue-share programs from the ground up.
- Scale programs that deliver strong performance.
- Coordinate with paid acquisition, creative, product, and customer success teams.
- Manage attribution and reporting across the marketing funnel.
- Track program contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or performance/channel marketing.
- Proven experience scaling programs and delivering measurable commercial results.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms, including tracking, attribution, and payouts.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and the relationship between affiliate or channel decisions, pipeline, and revenue.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to align internal teams, external partners, and platform representatives.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
