Lead and optimize global paid media campaigns for an eCommerce business, owning campaign execution, budgets, performance analysis, and data-driven growth decisions.
Обязанности
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Own end-to-end campaign execution, including targeting, budget allocation, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Adapt campaign strategies to local market requirements in partnership with global markets and eCommerce stakeholders.
- Monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- Provide creative and campaign messaging direction based on performance insights.
- Present campaign results, recommendations, and strategic decisions to internal stakeholders.
Требования
- At least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing campaign management experience.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
- Experience with eCommerce or conversion-driven campaigns.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven optimization skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and advanced Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
- High level of written and verbal English.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate across teams.
- Experience working in global or multi-market environments.
