- Acquire high-quality players efficiently and profitably.
- Scale, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across paid social, DSPs, offerwalls, and other channels.
- Build strategic relationships with acquisition partners and advertising networks.
- Analyze data to identify growth trends and lead experiments into emerging acquisition verticals.
- Manage performance marketing projects within demanding schedules and budgets.
- Develop channels involving ad monetization, retargeting, and creative pipelines in collaboration with Product, Art, and R&D teams.
- Integrate AI tools into campaign optimization, data analysis, and operational workflows.
Требования
- At least 2 years of experience in mobile user acquisition and ad-buying analysis at scale.
- Experience managing campaigns on self-serve advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, including understanding ad-call components across multiple channels.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets and present findings in reports.
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution.
- Willingness to learn and use ad servers, DSPs, analytics platforms, and other third-party advertising systems.
- Strong organizational, presentation, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
