- Partner with paid media, product, demand, and creative teams to manage A/B testing projects from ideation through execution
- Analyze performance and test data using Tableau, heat maps, user journeys, and feedback surveys
- Generate creative concepts for paid media funnels across social and other platforms
- Coordinate with media buyers to improve funnel performance
- Support the development of direct-response video scripts
- Use AI tools to generate and validate ideas, analyze data, automate processes, and improve business performance
- Manage, analyze, optimize, and scale landing pages to increase revenue and margin
- Design and implement tests involving copy, UI/UX changes, offer depth, advertiser mix, content angles, and page formats
- Identify trends across advertisers and platforms and turn them into recommendations
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management, exact sciences, economics, statistics, psychology, or a related field
- Strong analytical ability and a data-driven approach to recommendations and optimization
- Hands-on familiarity with AI tools and interest in building AI-powered workflows or solutions
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Ability to analyze large data sets
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills
