A VC-backed fintech startup is hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to scale B2C user acquisition. The role is based full-time in the Ramat Gan office and focuses on data-driven campaign execution, experimentation, and profitable growth.
Обязанности
- Own and scale multi-channel performance marketing campaigns across paid social, programmatic, and emerging channels.
- Optimize conversion funnels through A/B testing of creative assets, landing pages, and onboarding flows.
- Build dashboards, track cohorts, and use ROI and unit economics to guide budget allocation.
- Develop unconventional, scalable user acquisition strategies beyond traditional paid media.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Copywriting teams to launch and iterate on growth initiatives.
Требования
- Demonstrated success managing and scaling large B2C user acquisition budgets profitably.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with complex datasets, attribution models, cohort analysis, and product analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience setting up campaigns, building tracking, and optimizing performance directly.
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment with tight constraints and high ownership.
