- Own the growth strategy and marketing plan for the core photo products business.
- Identify and develop new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities.
- Design and lead major growth initiatives from conception through scale.
- Manage significant marketing budgets and allocate investment for maximum impact.
- Partner with Creative on ideas, messaging, and campaigns that influence customer behavior.
- Work with Product, Business, Creative, and Engineering to connect marketing insights with the product experience.
- Use data to evaluate performance, make rapid decisions, and scale successful initiatives.
- Continuously experiment with new channels, positioning, and growth mechanics.
Требования
- Experience building or meaningfully scaling a consumer product, growth engine, or business.
- Strong judgment in identifying, prioritizing, and delivering growth opportunities.
- Broad marketing expertise across performance, channels, creative, audiences, and unit economics.
- Creative instinct and the ability to develop ideas and messaging that drive customer action.
- Commercial mindset focused on revenue and profitable growth rather than vanity metrics.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to form opinions and make decisions.
- High ownership, with the ability to move from strategy through execution independently.
- Ability to test, learn, decide, and iterate quickly.
