- Build and manage email workflows, automations, and triggered lifecycle campaigns
- Segment audiences and personalize content by customer lifecycle stage
- Manage campaigns from copy and design handoff through quality assurance and deployment
- Plan and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion
- Coordinate campaign calendars with copywriting, design, data, development, and QA teams
- Monitor dashboards, analyze customer behavior and lifecycle data, and recommend improvements
- Maintain subscriber list hygiene and support email regulatory compliance
Требования
- 2–4 years of B2C email marketing experience
- Native or fluent English
- Experience with email marketing and automation platforms
- Knowledge of CRM concepts, audience segmentation, data hygiene, and customer lifecycle analysis
- Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing and data-driven recommendations
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design
- Familiarity with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
