A business supplying plumbing, infrastructure, construction, and technical products is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for an on-site, full-time role in Arara, Israel. The position leads multi-channel digital campaigns and supports brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement.

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and web.
- Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars.
- Coordinate paid campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Track and analyze website and campaign performance.
- Prepare reports and use performance insights to improve conversion rates and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across digital touchpoints.
Требования
- Strong digital marketing and overall marketing strategy experience.
- Experience managing organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Experience with lead-generation techniques and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and brand alignment.
- Ability to work on site in Arara and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
