Join a marketing team to grow affiliate and influencer partnerships, launch acquisition campaigns, and identify new growth channels through data-driven optimization.
Обязанности
- Build and manage relationships with affiliates, influencers, content creators, and media partners.
- Manage affiliate programs and networks, including performance monitoring.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and process invoices.
- Set up and maintain technical integrations and campaign tracking systems.
- Launch and optimize affiliate and influencer campaigns across multiple channels.
- Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns against KPIs.
- Collaborate with designers and content writers on creative briefs and marketing materials.
- Test new advertising channels, including television, radio, conferences, out-of-home, and CPC media buying.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and acquisition opportunities.
- Analyze campaign data using Tableau, Mixpanel, Similarweb, and affiliate tracking platforms.
- Coordinate publications in relevant industry magazines and journals.
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate management.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Awin or Adcell.
- Experience managing performance campaigns using metrics such as CVR, CAC, CPA, and ROI.
- Strong negotiation, budget management, partnership-building, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and tracking tools.
- Fluent written and spoken English.

- Fluency in German.
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, insurance, or another regulated industry.
- Experience with AI tools for marketing efficiency and campaign scaling.
