Hands-on marketing operations role focused on HubSpot execution, workflow automation, campaign delivery, data quality, CRM integrations, and day-to-day operational troubleshooting.
Обязанности
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lists, forms, properties, reports, scoring models, and lifecycle automations
- Execute email campaigns and nurture flows, including segmentation, quality assurance, testing, scheduling, and reporting
- Maintain HubSpot data hygiene through database cleanup, naming conventions, user setup, and regular checks
- Manage lead uploads, segmentation, routing, lifecycle stages, and marketing-to-Sales Development Representative handoffs
- Support HubSpot–Salesforce integration and troubleshoot synchronization, workflow, data, and integration issues
- Set up webinar registration, integrations, tracking, lead processing, and follow-up
- Build and maintain AI-driven workflows for repetitive marketing and operational tasks
- Review automation for errors, outdated logic, and process improvement opportunities
- Document workflows, processes, and system configuration best practices
Требования
- 2–3 years of hands-on marketing operations or marketing automation experience
- Strong practical experience with HubSpot
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, system configurations, and repetitive operational tasks
- Strong troubleshooting and investigative skills
- Experience using AI and automation to improve operational processes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
