Lead a global marketing organization and drive growth, brand strategy, and marketing performance for an AI-powered content creation platform. The role is based in Tel Aviv and serves worldwide users, with the US as the largest market.

- Own the full marketing funnel, from awareness through subscription and retention, across self-serve and business plans.
- Manage the budgets supporting self-serve and business-plan demand.
- Set brand positioning, identity, and voice across channels.
- Lead and develop a marketing organization of more than 30 people across performance, content, creative, lifecycle, and product marketing.
- Hire for capability gaps and set standards for the team.
- Build marketing programs for global audiences, including the US market.
Требования
- Experience scaling a company from eight-figure ARR to more than $250M ARR.
- Track record owning a high-volume self-serve or product-led growth funnel, including its costs and returns.
- Broad expertise across performance marketing and user acquisition, brand, and product marketing.
- Experience building and running marketing for US and international audiences.
- Experience at a product-led company, with a focus on activation, conversion, and retention.
- Demonstrated growth in scope while working at fast-growing companies.
