Lead the planning, execution follow-up, and improvement of commercial programs across strategic channels. The role works closely with retailers, field teams, and headquarters stakeholders in a hybrid setting in Tel Aviv.
Обязанности
- Identify commercial opportunities using market developments, retailer needs, and field insights
- Adapt commercial programs to channel objectives, trends, and data-based insights
- Develop and manage annual plans for strategic channels and workstreams with retailers and partners
- Create monthly commercial materials and communications for in-person and remote channels
- Visit the field weekly, independently and with field employees, to identify opportunities
- Coordinate legal approvals, compliance reviews, and internal alignment for field initiatives
- Manage field surveys, segmentation, quality checks, and other commercial measurement tools in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements
- Improve processes and develop tools that support business goals
Требования
- Five years of experience in sales management, promotion team management, or trade marketing in a large company
- Experience managing processes and leading projects
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, retailer needs, and field requirements
- Fluent Hebrew and high proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and presenting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong prioritization, collaboration, and presentation skills; able to manage parallel projects and drive action
- Creative, adaptable, and capable of solving problems
