A global technology company is seeking a specialist for a maternity leave cover role within its HR team. The position combines employee experience, wellbeing, internal communications, employer branding and end-to-end project management.
Обязанности
- Lead employee wellbeing, engagement, events, holiday activities, team-building and volunteering initiatives.
- Create and manage internal communications, newsletters, invitations and employee content.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related campaigns.
- Manage projects end to end, including timelines, budgets and vendors.
- Coordinate external suppliers, including quotations, negotiations and payments.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT, Facilities and global stakeholders.
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, culture and belonging.
Требования
- At least 5 years of experience in employee wellbeing, employee experience, HR, internal communications, employer branding or event production.
- Proven experience managing projects from concept through execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Strong organizational, multitasking and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and external vendors.
- A proactive, service-oriented and independent working style.
- Ability to manage changing priorities and solve problems in real time.
