Обязанности
- Manage post-sale customer relationships and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help customers achieve maximum business and operational value from the services.
- Maintain regular client communication to identify needs, issues, and opportunities.
- Monitor project performance and provide proactive customer support.
- Coordinate customer needs with Operations, Engineering, Energy, Business Development, and Support teams.
- Track issues, gaps, and complaints through to resolution.
- Build onboarding processes, service routines, and customer success reporting.
- Track KPIs, customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and account expansion.
- Identify upsell opportunities and use customer insights to improve products and services.
Требования
- At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, client management, or project management in a B2B environment.
- High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CRM systems and task management tools.
- Strong ability to analyze data, reports, and performance metrics.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and work independently in a dynamic environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in energy storage or the broader energy sector.
- Relevant professional experience may substitute for a degree.
