Lead software engineers while contributing hands-on to scalable, cloud-based full-stack systems and complex software projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop engineering teams while balancing people management with technical delivery
- Design, architect, and deliver complex full-stack features and scalable software systems
- Build and evolve backend APIs, data models, integrations, and microservices
- Develop frontend applications and reusable component libraries
- Guide cloud-based architecture, deployment, containerization, and DevOps practices
- Maintain code quality, clean development standards, testing, and maintainability
- Collaborate across services and deliver projects using Agile Scrum methods
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams or major cross-service projects
- At least 4 years of professional full-stack development experience; some roles require 5 or more years
- Strong experience building scalable backend systems, APIs, integrations, and microservices
- Proficiency with one or more of React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Python, Java, Kotlin, C#, or .NET Core
- Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git workflows, and other DevOps practices
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture, messaging systems, or technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and clean-code practices
- Fluent written and spoken English; some roles also require fluent Hebrew
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, an equivalent qualification, or comparable elite software-development experience
Nice to have
- Experience with React.js, Next.js, or advanced Angular versions
- Experience with 3D computer graphics or geospatial engines such as Three.js or CesiumJS
- Experience with AI-powered development assistants
