Lead the vision, roadmap, and evolution of internal ML and LLM operations platforms. The role enables engineering and AI teams to build, deploy, monitor, evaluate, and scale machine learning and language-model applications, including AI-assisted development workflows. Relocation to Bangkok, Thailand
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for ML and LLM operations platforms
- Gather requirements from ML engineers, data scientists, backend engineers, and AI application teams
- Translate technical needs into product requirements and prioritization frameworks
- Own platform features from concept and specification through implementation and post-launch analysis
- Improve platform scalability, reliability, deployment velocity, experimentation, governance, safety, and cost efficiency
- Enable monitoring, evaluation, retraining, versioning, observability, and productionization of ML and LLM systems
- Develop APIs, tooling, abstractions, guardrails, and workflows for AI-assisted and autonomous development
- Drive adoption through documentation, training, and internal communication
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in ML engineering, data science, platform engineering, or a related technical field
- At least 2 years of technical product or program management experience in fast-paced, high-scale environments
- Experience with ML operations or LLM operations, including model lifecycle management, evaluation, monitoring, versioning, and deployment pipelines
- Strong understanding of ML systems, architecture, APIs, infrastructure trade-offs, scalability, performance, and cost
- Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM application patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning, prompt management, and evaluation frameworks
- Experience with AI coding assistants or autonomous development agents
