Implement and optimize Salesforce solutions by translating business requirements into platform configurations, supporting automation, and enabling users.
Responsibilities
- Configure, adapt, and implement Salesforce solutions based on organizational needs
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve work processes
- Maintain existing automation and create new automation processes
- Train users and implement new Salesforce features
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce implementation
- Experience with business interfaces and requirements definition
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools
- Proactive approach and ability to drive processes independently
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed learning and problem-solving abilities
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications
- Experience working in a dynamic, multitasking environment
