Principal Solutions Engineer responsible for acting as technical authority for a cloud security platform, specializing in Outpost investigations across cloud and Kubernetes environments. Supports sales teams, troubleshoots customer deployments, enables support teams, and provides product feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as technical resource for sales and solutions engineering on platform architecture questions.
  • Own end-to-end investigations into IAM misconfigurations, networking failures, provisioning breakdowns, and scan degradation.
  • Root cause and triage issues across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and Alibaba environments.
  • Partner with engineering on escalations and reproduce issues.
  • Distinguish between platform bugs, customer misconfigurations, and cloud-provider behavior.
  • Provide technical and business feedback to Product Management.
  • Build and maintain investigation runbooks, internal knowledge base, and onboarding materials.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on strategic opportunities and assist during POV process.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years designing and implementing public cloud architectures.
  • Experience in Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP).
  • Extensive knowledge of networking fundamentals, cloud networking, and IAM models.
  • Experience architecting, deploying, and troubleshooting Kubernetes and container environments.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, Helm, CloudFormation, and Terraform.
  • Solid knowledge of Attack Surface Management, network reconnaissance, cloud security, and vulnerability assessments.
  • Excellent communication with technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Full professional fluency in English and Hebrew.

Nice to have

  • Background in security products or cloud security posture.
  • Experience supporting ISV or SaaS products deployed in customer cloud accounts.
