Maintenance Technician
Responsible for operating, training, and maintaining production machines, executing preventive maintenance, and providing first-line troubleshooting for mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems. Monitors performance metrics and documents procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate, train, and maintain all production machines across departments.
- Perform preventive maintenance according to manufacturer plans.
- Provide first-line response to machine breakdowns in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and automation.
- Monitor system performance, collect data, manage standard times, and write production procedures.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Willingness to work a 4-4 shift pattern (2 day, 2 night, 4 off).
- Proven experience in troubleshooting machines and systems.
- High level of technical English.
Nice to have
- Education as Technician/Practical Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
- Knowledge in reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, machine drawings, sub-assemblies.
- Familiarity with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
