Join an operations team managing customer payments, banking processes, reconciliations, investigations, and controls. This hands-on role requires accuracy, ownership, and familiarity with payment processes.
Responsibilities
- Process customer payments and incoming funds accurately and on time.
- Review payment instructions, beneficiary details, bank account information, transaction amounts, and supporting documents.
- Execute domestic and international payments through Israeli and international banking systems.
- Match incoming funds to customer transactions and record allocations accurately.
- Monitor payment flows and investigate exceptions, discrepancies, delays, and related issues.
- Perform daily reconciliations, operational controls, and financial record checks.
- Coordinate with banks regarding investigations, confirmations, returns, and operational inquiries.
- Maintain documentation for payments, reconciliations, and investigations.
- Work with Support, Compliance, Product, and other internal teams to resolve operational matters.
- Manage sensitive processes involving customer funds and company bank accounts according to internal procedures and controls.
- Work Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.
Requirements
- Previous experience in banking, payments, financial operations, or a related field.
- Good understanding of bank transfers and payment processes.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining control and precision.
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
- Comfort with structured, process-driven operational environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with FX, international payments, trade finance, or relevant banking operations.
- Familiarity with SWIFT and international bank transfers.
- Experience using banking systems.
- Previous experience in a bank, fintech, payments company, or other financial institution.
