Join a growing residential real estate finance company in Tel Aviv and manage the operational lifecycle of credit transactions from account opening through collections, payments, and ongoing control.
Responsibilities
- Manage credit transaction operations throughout the full transaction lifecycle.
- Handle collections and payments.
- Coordinate with customers, financial partners, and internal teams.
- Issue insurance policies for homebuyers in construction projects.
- Open bank accounts and prepare invoices, credit notes, and other documents.
- Produce and document operational control and collections reports.
- Provide service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Required proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organization, accuracy, responsibility, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
- Motivation to learn new subjects.
Nice to have
- Experience in a financial institution.
- Knowledge of real estate, banking, or insurance.
- Experience with the Tafnit system.
