Responsibilities
- Define and deploy global quality strategy, standards, governance, and quality management systems
- Lead operational excellence programs using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, visual management, and Six Sigma
- Establish quality KPIs, conduct operational reviews, analyze trends, and drive corrective and preventive actions
- Lead supplier quality qualification, auditing, performance management, and root-cause resolution
- Provide functional leadership to regional and site quality and operational excellence teams
- Lead quality improvement projects, plant transformations, and process capability initiatives
- Develop global training and certification programs and coach operational leaders
- Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, research and development, and commercial teams
- Present performance reviews, business risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in quality, operational excellence, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Experience managing global, multisite operations
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
- Experience leading organizational transformation in a complex manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated success building and leading global teams
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in business administration or engineering
- Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence certification
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
