Lead a production line and its team while managing operational projects, delivery commitments, quality, safety, performance targets, and continuous improvement in a technology-driven security manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex production plans and ensure delivery, quality, safety, and KPI targets are met.
- Manage and develop the production-line team through management routines, feedback, and ongoing personnel support.
- Manage workflow and identify constraints affecting operational and business targets.
- Promote operational excellence, continuous improvement, safety, and process effectiveness.
- Analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and lead action plans to improve output and results.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, production planning, procurement, and internal and external stakeholders.
- Present status updates, performance analyses, and work plans to management and operations forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a production line and production employees.
- Experience managing manufacturing projects against schedule, quality, and output targets.
- Experience working across multiple functions in a complex operational environment.
- Proficiency with ERP, MES, or LN systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience preparing management presentations.
- Leadership, employee motivation, analytical thinking, and the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
- Experience in a security or electro-optical manufacturing environment.
