Lead multidisciplinary engineering projects involving aerospace systems, hardware and software development, suppliers, budgets, schedules, and project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects and prepare and maintain project work plans.
- Coordinate across organizational functions and manage and monitor tasks.
- Monitor project budgets and manage schedules.
- Coordinate project execution with software teams and subcontractors.
- Initiate procurement activities.
- Support hardware and software development.
- Consolidate and manage project deliverables.
- Resolve conflicts between engineering and management priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Experience leading work teams and managing matrixed personnel.
- Experience working with subcontractors.
- Professional English proficiency, including technical speaking, reading, and writing.

- Experience with projects on airborne platforms.
- Experience managing defense projects.
- Experience working with large organizations.
