Lead multidisciplinary satellite technology projects from proposal and development through integration, serial production, and delivery. The role is based in Central Israel and may require overtime around project milestones.
Responsibilities
- Own projects from customer proposals and engineering cost estimates through development, integration, serial production, and delivery.
- Coordinate with R&D teams, participate in design reviews, and manage the transition from development to mass production.
- Address production-line constraints, manage bills of materials and engineering change orders, and support aerospace quality compliance.
- Work with procurement to identify component shortages and resolve supplier bottlenecks.
- Manage integrated schedules and project budgets, track planned versus actual performance, and report status to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2 years managing production or multidisciplinary development projects.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Excel; familiarity with ERP systems.
- Willingness to work overtime as project milestones require.
Nice to have
- Experience in production planning, MRP, or manufacturing operations.
- Hands-on SAP experience, particularly with PP and PS modules.
- Defense or aerospace industry experience, or an active security clearance.
