Manage end-to-end construction, renovation, and fit-out projects at branches, offices, and operational centers across the country. The role is based at a campus in Lod and includes travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, quality, and safety throughout delivery.
- Prepare tenders, technical specifications, and bills of quantities.
- Inspect and monitor work at project sites.
- Manage branch works while maintaining operational and business continuity.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams including operations, security, procurement, and technology.
- Resolve project challenges and drive practical on-site solutions.
Requirements
- A degree in civil engineering, building engineering, or architecture, or a building practical engineering certification.
- At least 5 years of experience managing construction and renovation projects.
- Experience managing substantial project budgets.
- Experience working with contractors, suppliers, and professional consultants.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, technical specifications, and bills of quantities.
- Knowledge of accessibility, fire safety, and occupational safety standards.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Strong process leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills; able to work independently and collaboratively; negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with fit-out projects from shell stage.
- Experience delivering construction projects in the banking sector.
- Experience working in a large, multi-site organization.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
