Lead product strategy, product organization development, and end-to-end B2C digital experiences for a financial services group. Own products across mobile, web, and a proprietary trading platform while aligning product, technology, and business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and KPIs
- Own the end-to-end B2C customer journey from onboarding and KYC through funding, trading, withdrawals, and self-service
- Establish a unified product framework, priorities, and ways of working across brands and business units
- Set product vision for mobile, web, and the proprietary trading platform
- Build, lead, and develop the product organization, including Product Managers and product leaders
- Use customer behavior, funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and product data to identify opportunities and guide decisions
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver complex, scalable, multi-system solutions
- Align execution across product, technology, business functions, brands, and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 7 years of product management experience, including senior product leadership experience
- Experience managing and developing Product Managers and product leaders, including building and scaling product teams
- Proven experience building automated B2C customer journeys covering digital onboarding, KYC, payments, and money movement
- Experience in FinTech, financial services, or a comparable financial technology environment
- Strong data-driven product management experience using customer behavior, funnel analysis, conversion metrics, and product data
- Experience with mobile and web products, with deep UX/UI and product design understanding
- Experience leading complex technology products involving development teams, APIs, integrations, and multiple systems
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
Nice to have
- Experience with brokerage, trading platforms, or capital markets
- Experience building or contributing significantly to a trading platform
- Knowledge of capital markets, brokerage, and trading processes
