A deep-tech startup is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of an AI agent for CNC machining planning. The role combines product leadership with hands-on collaboration across AI, algorithms, software, and manufacturing teams.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and roadmap
- Translate technological and industrial needs into product specifications
- Work closely and hands-on with AI, algorithm, and software teams
- Lead development of an AI agent for CNC machining planning
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering, required
- Strong experience in mechanical design and manufacturing processes
- Hands-on CNC machining experience or at least five years designing complex CNC parts
- Proven experience working with multidisciplinary systems and strong understanding of programming concepts
- Experience collaborating closely with multidisciplinary research and development teams
- Practical experience in an Agile development environment
- Ability to translate real-world manufacturing problems into clear product requirements
Nice to have
- Experience in robotics or deep-tech environments
- Experience at an early-stage startup or in a fast-paced organization
