Lead enterprise AI solutions end to end, translating business needs into practical products and technical specifications while coordinating delivery, measurement, governance, and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business needs and define functional and technical requirements.
- Lead AI solutions through design, build, run, and improvement stages.
- Manage the product backlog, roadmap, and prioritization.
- Define KPIs and measure business value and impact.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, development, data, and IT teams.
- Establish governance, operating boundaries, and risk controls.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis, product management, or business analysis.
- Hands-on experience writing functional and technical specifications, including PRDs, HLDs, and user stories.
- Experience with complex enterprise systems and end-to-end project or product leadership.
- Understanding of AI and AI agents.
- Strong product, business, and analytical judgment.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions and work with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, industrial engineering and management, computer science, or a related field.

- Experience with AI, LLM, or Copilot solutions.
- Experience with data and analytics.
