Senior SaaS Platform Product Manager

Join a global enterprise software company’s Control-M SaaS product management team in Israel. Own product vision, customer needs, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery for a workflow orchestration and automation platform.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision and strategy for assigned SaaS platform capabilities
- Plan product deliveries, document requirements, prioritize releases, and publish roadmaps
- Maintain a strategic backlog and validate product-market fit
- Research customer and prospect needs and identify pain points and future opportunities
- Partner with development and QA teams to deliver solutions to plan
- Engage engineers in technical discussions and validate proposed solutions against product requirements
- Synthesize customer and product data into narratives that align stakeholders and support executive decisions
- Enable sales and marketing teams and support customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle
- Collaborate effectively with globally distributed and remote stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience for SaaS products in enterprise or B2B software
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of SaaS technologies and platform operations
- Technical fluency in architecture, technical specifications, solution design, and engineering trade-offs
- Hands-on familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
- Experience handling SaaS security, regulatory, onboarding, and analytics requirements
- Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into product narratives and prioritization decisions
- Experience creating clear requirements, product documentation, and prioritized feature backlogs
- Experience collaborating with engineering, QA, marketing, sales, presales, support, and customer success teams
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a science or engineering discipline
Nice to have
- Expertise in workload automation, data platforms, orchestration, observability, or AI/ML infrastructure
- Knowledge of telecommunications, finance, retail, or IT service management
- Experience with agile or lean methods
- Familiarity with Aha!, Jira, or Confluence
- Developer background
