Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product roadmap across member experiences, connected medication hardware, and operational workflows
- Drive product development with software, hardware, firmware, and design teams
- Translate member, client, and product data into requirements and priorities
- Improve eligibility and enrollment workflows across client populations
- Partner with client experience and implementation teams on onboarding and launches
- Own device and firmware requirements and convert performance insights into engineering priorities
- Lead next-generation device planning, including features, firmware, accessibility, and usability
- Represent the product in client and internal stakeholder discussions
- Support product performance and outcomes initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Direct experience managing hardware or firmware products, such as connected devices, IoT, or medical devices
- Experience owning consumer-facing software products and roadmaps
- Experience managing complex eligibility, enrollment, operational, or data workflows
- Strong product judgment balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to drive execution with ownership and operational rigor
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, medication adherence, or connected medical devices
- Familiarity with employer benefits or health plan eligibility systems
- Experience with health plans, PBMs, or pharmacy networks
- Experience with accessibility standards or regulated device documentation
