Lead the strategy, definition, and delivery of innovative Data and AI products. Own product direction and execution while helping build the product team as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap
- Conduct user research and engage with customers
- Define product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Design product workflows
- Lead cross-functional product delivery
- Own product strategy and execution
Requirements
- At least 5 years of product management experience in a technology environment
- Proven success leading Data and AI products from concept through deployment and adoption
- Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria
- Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel internationally approximately two to four times per year
Nice to have
- Background in defense or intelligence organizations
- Experience with AI, natural language processing, search technologies, or information analysis
- Experience in secure or highly regulated environments
- Active security clearance
